NANLUX introduces the Evoke 600C - a powerful and versatile full-color light

Shantou, China, 5 September, 2025: ​ The Evoke 600C is a powerful, versatile full-color point source light designed for professional productions. Powered by the Nebula C8 Color Light Engine, it offers an ultra-wide 1,000K–20,000K range with outstanding color performance and new levels of skin tone rendition. IP66 protection ensures reliability in extreme conditions.

The fixture’s all-in-one magnesium-alloy housing makes it light, easy to transport, and durable. It has the new BE-mount, which can recognize compatible modifiers and control an optional motorized Fresnel. It is compatible with a wide range of Bowens mount accessories and, via an adapter, is also compatible with NL mount modifiers.

The light continues the Evoke series’ excellence in high output and premium light quality, offering expanded creative flexibility and exciting new color options.

Exceptional Light Quality · Powerful Color Output

The Evoke 600C delivers exceptional output and quality. It provides powerful white and colored light – serving as a key light in smaller locations, or a fill light in larger scenes. With an impressive 20,820 lux at 3 m (with 25° reflector, 5600K), the light is ideal for almost any production.

The industry-leading Nebula C8 engine builds on the established NANLUX RGBLAC six-color engine by adding deep red and indigo colors that fill the gaps in the spectrum found in traditional color engines. The Nebula C8 engine comprises dR (Deep Red), R (Red), A (Amber), L (Lime), G (Green), C (Cyan), B (Blue), and I (Indigo) colors.

This gives the Evoke 600C an ultra-wide color temperature range, richer saturation, and superior rendering. It achieves 79% coverage of the CIE 1931 visible color gamut.

It is 3% higher than Rec. 2020 in the visible color gamut and has 92% coverage of the Rec. 2020 color space. CRI is 96, with TLCI 97 and TM-30 scores of Rf 96 and Rg 100.

The Evoke 600C also offers six built-in lighting modes including CCT, HSI, RGBW, XY Coordinates, Gel, and Effect modes. It has ultra-precise 0.1% dimming, delivering stable low-end performance for smooth fade-in and fade-out transitions, ideal for modern filmmakers.

All-in-One Design • Compact & Reliable

The Evoke 600C has a professional all-in-one design that integrates lamp head, control unit, and power supply into a single 7.26 kg/16.01lb unit, measuring 358×246×205 mm/14.1×9.7×8.1". Its magnesium-alloy housing is lightweight yet durable and IP66-rated for all-weather reliability.

Meticulous Design

Everything about the Evoke 600C design has been refined. The BE-mount has NANLUX’s unique PosiTight locking system to eliminate movement and provide additional security to modifiers. The yoke is offset with a dual-side locking mechanism and additional 1/4”-20 and 3/8” threads for accessory mounting. Balance adjusting rails allow the light to be moved forward and backward on the yoke to achieve perfect balance with different accessories attached.

The fixture’s extension port supports control devices, signal routing, and motorized accessories. An AC/DC input allows direct power from wall outlets (100–240V) or DC sources (48V/12.5A).

The Evoke 600C shares the same intuitive control logic as other Evoke fixtures, with a 2.4-inch display, three knobs, and four buttons. It supports multiple control options including the NANLUX wired remote controller, NANLINK App 2.0, DMX/RDM, LumenRadio CRMX, Art-Net/sACN, and remote controller. Thanks to a built-in NFC function, it can also pair instantly with an NFC-enabled phone or tablet running the NANLINK App 2.0.

Complete Accessory Ecosystem

The Evoke 600C features the new BE mount (with electronic contacts), which can recognize accessories and correct color casts, also power the motorized attachment. The fixture can still illuminate when mounted on an accessory without electronic contacts. It is also compatible with Bowens mount accessory ecosystem, and the NL mount accessories via the NL to BE mount adapter.

The Evoke 600C is equipped with an efficient cooling system featuring five built-in fan modes. In Smart mode, the average noise level is only 31 dB(A). Even during prolonged operation at full power, the fixture maintains quiet, stable output – without interfering with on-set audio recording.
